29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): Rigging equipment was used without affixed, legible identification markings, required by paragraph (a)(2)(i) of this section. a. On or about June 27, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, wire rope slings used to lift a bundle of wire mesh did not have permanently affixed identification markings, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with failed rigging equipment.
