Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 5719 Upper Mountain Road, NY - On or about 6/30/22 , six employees engaged in roofing work, on the low-sloped roof, were exposed to falls of approximately 16'-20' while working at the edge of the roof. There was no fall protection in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) 5719 Upper Mountain Road, Lockport, NY - On or about 6/30/22, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 16'-20' while working at the edge of a low-sloped roof without the use of any fall protection. The employer did not have a training program and did not provide each employee with training so that they were able to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow to minimize the hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
