29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers were not designed, constructed, and serviced so that sanitary conditions are maintained: a) U.S. Joint Forces Command Post 10 Suffolk: On or about June 06, 2022, the portable water dispenser was not maintained in a sanitary condition in that bacteria had accumulated where the bottle's neck joins at the dispenser as a result employees were exposed to possible waterborne illnesses. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) U.S. Joint Forces Command Post 10 Suffolk: On or about June 30, 2022, the 115-volts breaker panel used to supply power to lights, a cover was not provided over the opening on top of the cabinet, thus exposing employees to possible burns resulting from fire or electrical shock. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
