29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Jobsite located at 2135 Westmoreland Street, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting commercial roofing operations on the top of the building, approximately 20 feet from the ground were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.  Condition was observed on or about July 1, 2022
