29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 11771 Decoy Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80921: On or about June 28, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to approximately 11.7 ft fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential house. The employee was conducting framing operations, specifically on the chimney of the roof, without fall protection. The employee sustained a broken leg injury due to the fall. Abatement note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
