29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G):Fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations. The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards while performing commercial powered industrial truck activities. This was most recently observed at 3430 Immigrant Trail, Scottsbluff, NE 69361 on June 23rd, 2022, where the employer has employees using a "Free rigging" method, of unloading a walk-behind concrete saw, without having provided employees with adequate training pertaining to fork adaptations.
