Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) Dock Area; Right Wall: On or about June 29 2022, and at times prior, employees verifying outbound orders were exposed to fire hazards in that they were using a power strip connected to another power strip that was connected to the outlet to power a printer and computer.
