29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance shall be conducted at least once every three years. Supervisors Office, Nursery: The employer did not ensure that powered industrial truck operators were evaluated every 3 years and employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1577821, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 406 S. Mildred Ave., King City, CA 93930.
