29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Amador Ranger District, The Shop: The 10 inch Craftsman table saw (serial No. P016915017) used for ripping purposes, was not provided with a blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were exposed to sever laceration related injuries.

Amador Ranger District, The Shop: The employer did not store oxygen gas cylinder 20 feet apart from flammable acetylene cylinder. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572985, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/28/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13280 Paskenta Road, PASKENTA, CA 96074. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532900, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 548 N.
