In the following locations the employer was utilizing relocatable power taps designated by the manufacturer as a computer grade energize appliances. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. a) Main Office, Caf� G. Town Room: A Panamax relocatable power tap was being used to power a GE refrigerator and Oster microwave oven. b) Iron Mountain Crew 23, Crew Bay: A relocatable power tap was being used to power a White Westinghouse refrigerator and Cuisinart Coffee maker.
