29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee in a hoist area is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by one of the systems listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i)(A)-(C). On or about July 3, 2022, at a temporary job site located at Sec 31-2S-39 W Saint Francis, KS 67756: An employee engaged in drilling operations was exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was working at the derrick board which was an elevated platform of approximately 60 feet to the ground below. The employer did not ensure the employee used fall protection.
