29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1):The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: a) At 200 Piedmont Court Northwest, Suite D, Atlanta, GA 30340; on or about June 27, 2022, and at times prior to, employees were operating powered industrial trucks to load/unload truck trailers while brakes of trucks were not set, and wheel chocks were not placed under the rear wheels to prevent rolling.
