29 CFR  1910.133(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wore prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involved eye hazards wore eye protection that incorporated the prescription in its design, or wore eye protection that could be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses.  WORKSHOP/PRODUCTION:  On or about July 5, 2022, employees wore their own prescription glasses while grinding knives.  Their glasses did not have side shields and did not meet ANSI Z87.1 requirements to protect the employee from impact.    The employees did not wear safety glasses over their prescription glasses.

Kosher standup grinder, unknown identification unguarded right and left horizontal shafts. 2.	Standup grinder #2, unknown identification unguarded right and left horizontal shafts.
