29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Vinyl Cutting Building/Back Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, a designated exit on the Northeast end of the building was obstructed with boxes, metal racks of vinyl, wood pieces, and metal pieces on both the inside and outside of the building, impeding employee egress.   b) Vinyl Cutting Building/Back Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, a designated exit on the Southeast end of the building was obstructed from with a metal rack of cut vinyl pieces, impeding employee egress.   c) Middle Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, a designated exit leading into the offices and Back Shop on the North side of the building was obstructed with boxes, impeding employee egress.   d) Middle Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, the aisleways in the building were obstructed with boxes and product, impeding employee egress.   e) Front Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, the egress path from the restroom, next to Rack 6, was obstructed to less than 18 inches with boxes and product, impeding employee egress.   f) Front Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, Aisle 8, adjacent to the restroom area, on the South side of the building was obstructed with boxes and product, impeding employee egress.   g) Front Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, Aisle 1, adjacent to the rollup door on the east side of the building was obstructed with boxes and product, impeding employee egress.  h) Front Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, the door leading outside was bolted shut and blocked with boxes and product, preventing employee egress.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
