29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) 5154 Vivian Street Wheat Ridge, CO 80033: On or about June 16, 2022, Big Time Contractors Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of 4 Hernandez, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards. Big Time Contractors Inc. did not conduct safety inspections of the jobsite. Big Time Contractors Inc. did not ensure hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards, were identified and mitigated.
