29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladders were not used at an angle such than the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder way approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder. Location - 142 Central Street, Acton, MA. On or about July 6, 2022, an employee used a ladder that was set up at an angle less than fifty degrees. The pictogram on the right side of the ladder (see image) requires it to be set up at a seventy-five-degree angle.
