OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) Petrocco Farms, 14110 Brighton Road, Brighton, CO, 80601; Ice Plant Building: On or about June 24, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet 6 inches while performing roofing work on a commercial building.
