29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 6 West North Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about July 7, 2022, during residential construction activities, the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where a fall hazard of up to approximately 50 feet existed.
