29 CFR 1910.135(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that a protective helmet designed to reduce electrical shock hazard was worn by each affected employee when near exposed electrical conductors which could contact the head: (a) 35 RI-122 Woonsocket RI 02895: On or about July 7, 2022, while performing electrical maintenance work from a boom lift adjacent to overhead power lines, an employee was not wearing a protective helmet designed to reduce electrical shock hazards.
