29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 29, 2022, on the north side of the site, employees performed roofing work activities on a roof, outside of the warning line, without fall protection and a safety monitor. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard greater than six feet above the lower level.
