29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) 2 Mountain View Dr. Clifton, NJ:   CSHOs observed employees were engaged in framing activities of a residential home approximately 25 feet from the ground level. Employees were installing framing overhead of other employees, exposing the employees to head injuries as head protection was not utilized, on or about 6/13/2022.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:                                                                                                            a)  2 Mountain View Dr. Clifton, NJ:  Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using a hand-held grinder and pneumatic nail guns to install plywood on the roof. Employees were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 6/13/2022.
