29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Aurora Building LLC at 22nd Street and South Ellis Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to July 5, 2022 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on a commercial property were protected from falls. Employees were conducting framing operations on a commercial property and did not have fall protection systems installed. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
