29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) AMP Robotics Corporation at 11175 E 55th Ave in Denver, CO 80239: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior, employees and temporary workers were exposed to amputation hazards while operating equipment and cleaning near conveyors in the production area. The employer did not guard in-running nip points on rollers underneath conveyor C1B. (b) AMP Robotics Corporation at 11175 E 55th Ave in Denver, CO 80239: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior, employees and temporary workers were exposed to amputation hazards while operating equipment and cleaning near conveyors in the production area. The employer did not guard in-running nip points on rollers underneath conveyor C7. (c) AMP Robotics Corporation at 11175 E 55th Ave in Denver, CO 80239: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior, employees and temporary workers were exposed to amputation hazards while operating equipment and cleaning near conveyors in the production area. The employer did not guard in-running nip points on rollers underneath conveyor C27. (d) AMP Robotics Corporation at 11175 E 55th Ave in Denver, CO 80239: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior, employees and temporary workers were exposed to amputation hazards while operating equipment and cleaning near conveyors in the production area. The employer did not guard a pinch point on the head pulley of the C29 conveyor.
