29 CFR 1926.307(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet (2.128 m) or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: On or about June 28, 2022, an employee was exposed to ingoing nip-point hazards when an unguarded pulley was located under seven feet from the work platform on the Pug Mill and the employer did not ensure guarding requirements were followed.
