29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. At a worksite located at 1869 Junior Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209 on the 3:12 pitch roof: On or about July 8, 2022, one employee was exposed to fall hazards of 9 to 11.5 feet in that he was not protected by a fall protection system. Tadlock Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1487057, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2795 Leon Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32246.
