Self-luminous or electroluminescent signs that have a minimum luminance surface value of at least .06 footlamberts (0.21 cd/m2) are permitted. a) Target Corporation, at the jobsite located at 1 Walker Way, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162: On and/or preceding June 16, 2022, in aisle 329 of the central warehouse, emergency door 5 exit sign was not illuminated or otherwise made to be self-luminous for visibility if necessary for use during an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a) Target Corporation, at the jobsite located at 1 Walker Way, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162: On and/or preceding July 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers adjacent to storage rack #139 of the central warehouse were identified, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
