At the steel product fabrication business at 6085 Greenland Road, Jacksonville, FL: On or about 7/8/2022, the employer had not developed an energy control program with equipment specific energy control procedures, employee training, specific locks and lockout devices, and periodic inspections when servicing or maintenance on the machines, exposing employees to injuries from the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy.
