29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a) 18875 U.S. 50, Rocky Ford, CO 81067: On or about July 8, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards due an unprotected edge more than four feet above a lower level. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while walking next to an unguarded edge on the second floor of the mill.

29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) 18875 U.S. 50, Rocky Ford, CO 81067: On or about July 8, 2022, an N95 filtering face-piece device was not stored in a manner to prevent contamination. During inspection an N95 filtering face-piece device was observed hanging from a fire extinguisher next to the seed vacuum bin.
