29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a)Ditmarson Property Maintenance at 4400 South Grinnell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to July 11, 2022, the controlling employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of the job site were being conducted. Subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards due to a lack of fall protection systems as well as ladder hazards identified on the site. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
