The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. on or about 5/10/22 Employees use a ICC bar to access the back of a storage trailer. The back of storage truck is 4.5 inches high from the ground. Employees did not have safe access to the back of the storage truck exposing employees to a fall hazard.
