29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids, caustic liquids, or chemical gases or vapors and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a struck by hazard while cutting concrete with a saw, without the use and wear of protective eyewear: a. On a temporary jobsite, located at or near, 11700 Junegrass Street in Jacksonville, Florida: On or about July 11, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using a gasoline powered saw to cut concrete.
