29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 12650 Grant Plz., Papillion, Nebraska on July 12, 2022 where the employer has employees installing roof materials on a new residential home without fall protection where the ground to eave was above 16 feet. The J & F Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597682, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9560 South 181st, Gretna, Nebraska.
