Building Solutions at 11839-11843 Ridge Pkwy, Broomfield, CO 80021: On July 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees were observed conducting roofing operations at heights over 25 feet on a multi-residential building without the use of fall protection. This condition exposes employees to fall hazards.

LR Contracting Inc. at 11839-11843 Ridge Pkwy, Broomfield, CO 80021: On July 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that portable ladders, used to access the roof of a multi-residential building, had side rails that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing or was secured. This condition exposes employees to fall hazards.
