29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Block 109, Lot 12.02, Lumberton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 9 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and around unprotected edges of a residentials structure's second floor without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/12/22.
