29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) RFI, LLC, 2100 Midway Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020: On or about 7/8/2022, the employer did not ensure that exit accesses were unobstructed in that they were not at least 28-inches wide at all points. The exit access was obstructed by flammable storage lockers placed on pallets. These pallets obstructed the exit access and exposed employees to trip and smoke inhalation hazards.
