29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Building 9 Roof - On July 13, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards when reinstalling stanchions and a flag warning line on a low slope roof greater than 50 feet in width without any guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest, or combination of warning line and safety monitor system. Abatement certification required.
