29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  On or about July 13, 2022 at jobsite located in 1425 Hyatt Dr.,  Wheaton, IL 60189,  employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 13, 2022, at jobsite located in 1425 Hyatt Dr., Wheaton, IL 60189, the employer failed to ensure that employees had been trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential structure without using fall protection.  Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
