29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government presentative the records under part 1904 within the four business hours: a) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2019 within the four business hours. b) On or about July13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2020 within the four business hours. c) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2021 within the four business hours. d) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2019 within the four business hours. e) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2020 within the four business hours. f) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide to OSHA the OSHA's Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the calendar year 2021 within the four business hours.
