29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee�training did�not include�the measures�employees can�take to�protect themselves�from chemical�hazards, including�specific procedures�the employer�had implemented�to protect�employees from�exposure to�hazardous chemicals,�such as�appropriate work�practices, emergency�procedures and�personal protective�equipment to�be used: a. On or about July 13, 2022, in the facility, employees were not provided with information and training upon initial assignment related to anhydrous ammonia. Employees had potential exposure to anhydrous ammonia from the ammonia refrigeration system and had not been provided training on the emergency procedure(s) related to the release and/or presence of anhydrous ammonia in the workplace.
