29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2)(ii):When walkways between scaffold sections are less than 18 inches wide, employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)	This violation occurred on or about July 14, 2022, at the job site located at 117 Chaco Drive, Forney, TX: where employees doing cornice work from a single pole scaffold where the walking platform is not at least 18 inches wide.  Employees are exposed fall hazards to the lower level.

Employees are exposed fall hazards to the lower level.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a)	This violation occurred on or about July 14, 2022, at the job site located at 117 Chaco Drive, Forney, TX: where employees doing cornice work on a new residential two-story single-family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.
