29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. A) 420 Inman Ave Colonia, NJ 07067 Flat roof Employer failed to provide fall protection to four employees that were exposed to an open hole in the roof that was approximately 10ft by 10ft. The hole exposed employees to a fall of hazard of 11'4'' to the lower level. Hazard noted on or about 07/14/22
