29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Employees engaged in chemical usage at the Murphy Tractor & Equipment facility located at 220810 Hwy 92, Gering, Nebraska, were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not develop a written HAZCOM program which included the HAZCOM requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii) for chemicals including but not limited to Barsol A-3696, Cool-gard II, engine oils and lubricants related to maintenance and repair of customer tractors such as Super EX-46HN, greases such as SD polyurea Grease, and cleaning chemicals such as Simple Green Industrial Cleaner and Degreaser.
