29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on July 14th, 2022, at the break room microwave, clean side room locker 237 and the door handle on the second toilet stall from the left on the clean side of the locker room. Employees engaged in battery manufacturing were expose to lead hazards in that the employer did not ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Documented lead levels were: Clean Side locker 247: 36.748 �g Clean side toilet stall door handle, second stall from the left: 61.738 �g Break Room Microwave: 13.99 �g
