At 749 West Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida: On or about July 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 32-feet, in that fall protection, such as, a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not utilized, while operating an aerial lift to take measurements and install Hardie� Boards on the top of the gable.

At 749 West Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida: On or about July 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 32-feet, in that fall protection training was not provided prior to these employees operating an aerial lift to take measurements and install Hardie� Boards on the top of the gable.
