29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Fabrication Table 4- Department 505: On 07/08/2022, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that equipment including, but not limited to, a vertical band saw was not adequately guarded. The vertical band saw had an exposed blade of approximately 20.5 inches to cut beef ribs approximately 2-3 inches in width.
