29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: Kitchen of Ruth's Chris Steak House at 670 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY a) On or about July 29, 2022, employees mix, transfer and use corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, Solid Power XL, which includes sodium hydroxide. The employer did not provide an eye wash for immediate use.
