29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   At a facility located at 10330 Hickman Mills Drive, Kansas City Missouri 64137, employees were exposed to, cleaning and disinfecting solutions such as CaviWipes,  Clorox Wipes, and Lexx Liquid sanitizer and cleaner, that cause eye and skin irritations as well as sensitization and burns.   Hazards from these products include respiratory hazards, skin contact hazards, fire, and corrosivity hazards. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  At a facility located at 10330 Hickman Mills Drive, Kansas City Missouri 64137, employees were exposed to, but not limited to, eye and skin irritation and burns from using cleaning and disinfecting solutions such as Clorox Bleach and CaviWipes. Hazards from these products include respiratory hazards, skin contact hazards, fire, and corrosivity hazards. The employer had not provided training to the employees associated with the hazards of using these chemicals in the workplace.
