On or about July 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, approximately 12.3 feet above the ground, were not protected from falling. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: On or about July 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, on the north and east sides of the roof, warning lines were erected closer than six (6) feet from the roof edge. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with falls. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
