An employee removed a barrier guard in place covering a belt and pulley drive system for the conveyor without utilizing the LO/TO procedures of the equipment.  Hazardous energies present include mechanical and electrical.   b)  On or about June 24, 2022 the employer did not ensure that procedures for the control of hazardous energies were utilized during  service an maintenance of the #530 Sheridan Stitcher . Employees were performing a size change on the equipment without having utilized the procedures for the control of hazardous energies. Hazardous energies present on the equipment include mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical.
