29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about July 18, 2022 the outside walkway where employees take the trash to the dumpster was not kept clean and in a sanitary condition. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501569, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 1707 East Houston St, Cleveland, TX 77327.
